Essential Elements of the SOAPP

Clinicians can utilize the Screener and Opioid Assessment for Patients with Pain (SOAPP) self-report questionnaires to stratify patients based on their risk for future opioid abuse and a corresponding tool, the Current Opioid Misuse Measure (COMM), to help document their patients' compliance with opioid-based regimens.
